Hop Kingdom Closes Their Doors

London community space, Hop is closing its doors after the landlord attempted to evict them over disputed rent arrears without notice. After six weeks of holding the space 24/7 against bailiffs, with support from local MPs and the Mayor's Office, owner Ben Hopkinson has decided to vacate and negotiate rather than fight a costly court battle. Their last day is this Saturday.
