DT Swiss has issued a stop-use recall for certain ERC, CRC, and HEC wheels with 35mm or 45mm rim heights and DT Swiss ID numbers above 2750000, manufactured and delivered after September 1, 2024. The recall is due to some rim flange delamination, which can compromise structural integrity and pose a serious safety risk. If your wheels match these criteria, please stop using them immediately and contact DT Swiss. The issue is under investigation, and further guidance (inspection or replacement) will follow.
