Sklar Bikes just shared their new 56cm fixie frameset. It clears 40mm tires, rides with snappy CX-like geometry with mnimal to none toe-overlap. Stridsland just released their 1" and 1-1/8" threadless headsets, priced at around $65. A natural companion to the Barnacle fork for anyone swapping out an old threaded setup, they feature o-ring weather-sealed bearing covers and sealed cartridge bearings. Available in both EC30 and EC34 SHIS standards to cover a wide range of builds.

Firsthand Framebuilding Purchased Paragon

Portland's Firsthand Framebuilding has purchased the entirety of Paragon Machine Works' intellectual property, brand assets, and manufacturing tooling — two months after Paragon's shock closure sent ripples through the custom framebuilding world. Firsthand, already a Paragon dealer and North American Reynolds tubing distributor, plans to begin selling existing Paragon stock within days, with domestic manufacturing of the most popular parts to follow later this year.
