DT Swiss Extended Recall to ARC, ERC, CRC, and HEC Wheels
DT Swiss has Issue a Recall on more Carbon Wheels due to rim delamination, which poses a serious safety risk. Affected wheels were made after August 2024 and have ID numbers starting from 2,750,000.
Models include: ERC 1100/1400/1600, CRC 1400, HEC 1400, and ARC 1100/1400/1600 (50mm–65mm rims)
Please check your wheel’s ID number (on the rim), and stop riding immediately if your wheels are affected. Use DT Swiss’s online tool to confirm and arrange testing or replacement. Right here ➡️ dtswiss.com
