September’s Recap!
Hello everyone, I'm writing from the tiniest place in Hong Kong, in the midst of a multitude of high-rise buildings, all looking as if they are about to crumble down any second. Why mention this? Well, I’ve been working on a couple of very exciting projects in this part of Asia, most of which are set to release at the end of this year. But in the meantime, let's look back at everything that happened in September on Slow Spin Society.
Some Stuff to Read
This month started strong with two classic Japanese bike checks with this beautiful Peloton NJS, as well as a Yamaguchi that I saw at CMWC last year. You’ll also find a report of No.22’s new Aero Titanium gravel bike, a video update on everything I’m doing on SSS, and a Micro Review of the GoodSpeed Saturn chainring.

Three episodes this month, starting with my time at No.22 as I interviewed Scott and Santo about the entire manufacturing process of these beautiful Titanium bikes. Next, David and I made an Olympic recap, covering everything that transpired during the track cycling events at Paris's summer games. Lastly, "Quick Spins" is a new format where we share our opinions on which bike is ideal if you’re just starting fixed gear. Should we create a road/gravel version?
Finally, the Patreon Special Episode for September 2024! Philipp and I went over everything we want done during this winter! Bike rebuild, learning how to wheelie, and other events we’d like to go, everything has been noted down to be sure we don’t get lazy!
