One Hundred and One Blog Posts!

That’s a lot of blogging! One hundred posts already and yet it feels like “only” one hundred… When I started SSS a few years ago, I would have never imagined the beautiful community that would build around this piece of cycling media. I was also quite surprised that I would end up taking this passion project so seriously.

So thousands of pictures and words later, what have we learned? To be honest, I have been told on a couple of occasions that blogging is some sort of a “dead media.” And to some extent… I agree. A lot of people, including me, will consume content mostly through YouTube or Instagram, because they are more “low effort” ways, since you don’t really need to use your brain. But sometimes, a written piece that you can take at your own pace and learn about a subject a bit more in depth is what I look for.
And it’s also what I like to produce. I’m not trying to attract the masses, but everyone is welcome. So if you just arrived or are an SSS veteran, welcome, I hope you’ll find something useful here. Thank you for all the support, let’s see where we end up.
