White Industries just released the MET Front Hub, built specifically for Brompton folding bikes. Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum at their Petaluma, California shop, it uses sealed cartridge bearings and reworked flange geometry for stronger wheel builds under Brompton's small wheels and high spoke tensions. It weighs 91 grams, comes in five colors, and costs $203. Serviceable, not disposable, like the rest of their catalog.
