#36 Breaking the 4 minutes barrier with Ashton Lambie.
Shownotes
Good morning racers!
Do you think you’re fast? I’m sure we all think we’re pretty fast. Unfortunately, this month’s guest is someone who can take us down a peg and put us in our place. You may have heard of Ashton Lambie, but he’s currently best known for breaking and holding the individual pursuit world record by smashing 4000m in under FOUR minutes (3:59.930). That is cycling at 60km/h for (almost ;)) four minutes straight. Doing both track and gravel events, he’s made a name for himself in this category of track cycling! We talk about his cycling career, training route, the bike used for the attempt, and more! We had a lot of fun having him on the podcast and wish him luck in his future events!
Until next week!
