Affinity Kissna X Deluxe by Sami
Description: So basically this frame is somewhat of a unicorn. This is a collaboration frame between Affinity X Deluxe. The story is they made only 25 of this colorway, and after that Deluxe fell off the face of the earth after going AWOL and taking money from a pre-order they did. RIP their reputation. I got into fixed gear during May 2022 and have gone through 32 different bikes. Ranging from a 6ku and golden cycle, to a cannondale track 1993 and a Cinelli Parallax 10th-year anniversary. However, even after all those frames, this frame holds a special part in me. A couple years ago, I got this frame in a size 53. I was still young and naive, so I didn't think about the dangers of having a nice bike in a not-so-safe area. With the couple months I had with it, I had fun, but I had this problem where any frame I would get, I would immediately post for sale. Even if I had been looking for it for months. When I posted it for sale, I had someone offer me way more than it was worth. I ended up getting robbed at gun point. After I learned that lesson and many more, I still wanted this frame just from how cool it was. I always admired Affinity Kissenas. And I liked this one even more because of the sparkles on it. So to my surprise, I found one for sale in Oregon, and it was exactly my size. So I quickly shipped it to Chicago and built it up. This is one of my dream frames, and I probably won't ever sell this, even for $2000. The 2 other parts I like most about this bike are the chainring and trispoke. The chainring is a Raketa Diamond Chainring. It's made by a Russian brand named Raketa and has always been a dream of mine to own. But rarely find people selling it. And it's very sought out in my area. So recently I used ways to locate these that others wouldn't probably think of and secured myself a silver, gold, and purple one. And it's very nice. The tri-spoke is also mine, and a lot of others dream. It's a Zipp 3000 in the yellow colorway. (The photos also show a white trispoke, but that's just color colorgrading in Lightroom so I can see how it looks white). Very sought after since you barely see it.
