De Rosa Professional Pista by Le YIN

This is my De Rosa Professional Pista.
I have always dreamed about this frame and bike since I started cycling on fixie in 2012. At that time in China, there was a huge wave of fixed gear, quite a scene. The street were filled with colourful bikes. I have developed such interest in steel pista frames of the 80s since then. Fixed gear riders around me were riding pursuit frames like Colnago and Pinarello, some Bianchi, but there was one De Rosa Profession road bike that engraved in my memory.

13 years passed, I find myself in France doing my study and working, and I came across this De Rosa Profession pista, which is about my size. Within 10 mins that is published, I hit the "Acheter" button.

It took me a while to decide on the first build. After some hunting, I got myself a 2nd gen CP pista + C Record BB, and I opted for gran sport headset, which is close enough to record pista (same stack height actually).

Although this was a repainted frame, it still hit me hard every time I ride it.
