Vivalo Special Black Lame Flake by Noir.
Description: My first keirin build. Wanted to build keirin bike for so long and got lucky finding this frame from Mercari (kinda like Ebay in Japan), it’s not NJS qualified but still a handmade frame by Vivalo (a frame maker in Kobe). Really satisfied with how it turned out when i tested this last week, hope u guys like it too!
