Corima Encino by ritzelfunken
Description: This frame is a little odd. I know of a singular other frame that existed in china in like 2009 which I found online. See here on page 24: https://www.slideshare.net/slideshow/changes-of-perception-bicycle-culture-in-china-2821506/2821506#24
Encino seems to be a Californian velodrome. I've bought this frame used from Ireland that also didn't know where this came from. That's all I could find out about the origins of it. What I do know is that it's not a repaint and that at some point somehow this was available to buy somewhere. If you know anything about it please chat me up on instagram!
Currently it weighs 7.4kg, as the wheels and drive train components are quite heavy. I'm planning on getting it down at least another kilogram without making it impractical or brittle. The cog was also taken from the parts bin, it will be switched out soon to achieve my preferred ratio of 2.5 eventually.
